Wladimir Klitschko reacted to the death of H. Panettiere by publishing on the social network Instagram a photo from his personal archive with his former partner and their daughter, which he captioned as follows: "Our family is going through a period of the deepest shock and grief. The news of Hayden's tragic death deeply saddened me. She left this world far too early. Although Hayden was no longer my partner, she remained an important part of my life and the mother of our daughter Kaya. She built an incredible career thanks to her enormous talent, while at the same time facing the dark sides of an extremely demanding industry. Nothing will erase the years we spent together and the place she held in our lives."
Wladimir Klitschko notes that he will always speak to his daughter about her mother with respect and will do everything so that she remembers Hayden as she was: "I express my deepest condolences to Hayden's parents, her friends and fans, who are also grieving today. Such young and talented people as Hayden should not leave this world so early. I ask everyone to treat our family's feelings with respect and not to intrude on our private life during this incredibly difficult time. For now, this is all I want to say. Thank you to everyone who is supporting my family and expressing sincere condolences."
