Farewell ceremony for honored journalist Nurani held at Teze Pir Mosque

A farewell ceremony for Tofigkhanum Gasimova, an Honored Journalist of Azerbaijan known by the pen name Nurani, is being held at the Teze Pir Mosque.

As 1news.az reports, Azerbaijan's Minister of Health Teymur Musayev, Executive Director of the Media Development Agency Ahmad Ismayilov, media representatives, public figures, friends, and relatives of the deceased came to honor the journalist's memory.

After the farewell ceremony concludes, Tofigkhanum Gasimova will be buried at the Yasamal cemetery.

Nurani died on August 22 at the age of 56 after a long illness.
