Heavy rains with thunderstorms and hail expected in Azerbaijan tomorrow

Tomorrow in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula, variable cloudiness is expected, mostly without precipitation, however in the evening rain is expected in a number of places.

As 1news.az reports with reference to the National Hydrometeorological Service, in some areas short-term heavy rainfall and thunderstorms are possible, and an at times intensifying northwesterly wind will prevail.

The air temperature will be 22-25° at night and 27-29° above zero during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be 759 mm of mercury. Relative humidity will be 65-70% at night and 45-50% during the day.

Starting from the northern and western regions of Azerbaijan, intermittent rains are expected. In some places, intense heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, and hail are possible. At night and in the morning, fog is expected in places in some mountainous areas. A moderate westerly wind will intensify in places.

The air temperature will be 19-24° at night and 31-35° during the day, and in the mountains 12-17° at night and 20-25° above zero during the day.
