A fire broke out in a two-story residential building in Ganja - VIDEO

A fire broke out on Bagmanlar Street in the city of Ganja.

As 1news.az reports citing the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES), forces of the Ganja City Department of the State Fire Protection Service of the MES were immediately dispatched to the scene.

Thanks to the prompt intervention of firefighters, the blaze, which started on the first floor of a two-story private residential house with a total area of 310 square meters, was extinguished in the shortest possible time, preventing the fire from spreading to the second floor.

As a result of the fire on the first floor of the seven-room house, flammable structures in one of the rooms burned over an area of 55 square meters.

There were no casualties. Most of the residential house was protected from the fire.
