Ukraine strikes the Saratov oil refinery
Ukraine struck the Saratov oil refinery overnight — one of Russia's oldest oil refining plants, founded in 1934.
According to 2023 data, the plant's oil refining volume was about 4.8 million tons per year.
According to Ukrainian Telegram channels, this attack was the 15th on the Saratov refinery since the beginning of the war.
The governor of the Saratov region, Roman Busargin, reported that 10 people were injured as a result of the attack, including three children. Six people were hospitalized.
