Trump suggested that Iran is behind the strike on the oil pipeline in Saudi Arabia
U.S. President Donald Trump claims that Iran may be involved in the strike on the East-West oil pipeline in Saudi Arabia.
Answering reporters' questions about Iran's possible involvement, the American leader said: "I think it's them. Probably it's them." The remarks were made during a meeting with Irish Prime Minister Micheál Martin in Dublin.
Earlier, Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Energy announced the preventive shutdown of the East-West oil pipeline on sections near Medina and Riyadh following drone attacks. It is presumed that the drones were launched by Iraqi Shiite groups backed by Iran.
