Media: Iran has given the U.S. seven conditions for opening the Strait of Hormuz

Iran has conveyed to the American side through intermediaries seven conditions on the fulfillment of which the opening of the Strait of Hormuz depends.

As 1news.az reports, this was announced by the Tasnim agency, citing a source.

"Iran has conveyed to the American side through intermediaries seven conditions for the opening of the Strait of Hormuz, and until these seven conditions, approved by the highest authorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran, are met, the Strait of Hormuz will remain closed. Thus, the agreement between Iran and Oman does not mean the opening of the Strait of Hormuz," the agency's interlocutor noted.

According to him, the opening of the strait depends entirely on Washington's actions.
