Vucic names the date of his departure from the post of president of Serbia

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has announced his intention to resign on September 27.

He named the date of his departure from the post on the Pink television channel.

According to Vucic, on the evening of the day of his resignation he will address citizens and thank them for their support.

“I have faithfully served Serbia, the citizens of this country,” Vucic said, noting that after leaving the post of president he intends to live as an ordinary citizen.
