Türkiye honored the memory of the heroes of Baku's liberation - PHOTO
On the occasion of the 108th anniversary of the liberation of Baku from enemy occupation by the Caucasian Islamic Army under the command of Nuru Pasha, an official ceremony was held at the Alley of Martyrs.
This was reported in a post by the Embassy of Türkiye in Azerbaijan on X.
The ceremony was attended by staff of the Embassy of Türkiye in Azerbaijan, representatives of the military attaché office, advisers, as well as representatives of relevant agencies and organizations.
Ambassador Birol Akgün laid wreaths at the monuments, visited the graves of the martyrs, laid carnations on them, and made an entry in the Book of Martyrs.
