Hikmet Hajiyev: Revanchists and the diaspora are still trying to undermine the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan

Baku warns that revanchist forces in Armenia and the Armenian diaspora are still strong and are trying to undermine the historic peace process with Azerbaijan.

This was stated by the Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, Hikmet Hajiyev, as part of his participation in the Arab Media Forum in Dubai, Euronews reports.

According to him, peace is achieved with great difficulty, and the Armenian leadership must also work to prepare its people for peace: "We won the war and we are also winning the peace — this is a hard struggle."
