Erdogan: We support the peace process between Baku and Yerevan

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated that he supports the peace process between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

According to Report, Erdogan made the statement during his speech at the 81st session of the UN General Assembly in New York.

Erdogan emphasized that their position on the South Caucasus is perfectly clear.

"We wish for the establishment of a lasting peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia. We welcome and support the determination shown by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in reaching a settlement," the Turkish leader added.
