Argentina's president calls the current UN a useless organization

Argentine President Javier Milei called the UN a useless organization that supports "arrogant parasites."

He made the statement during a speech at the UN General Assembly in New York, Fox News reports.

Milei praised the UN's mission of peacefully resolving conflicts and promoting universal freedom and dignity, calling these "noble words." After that, he said that "today, unfortunately, the time has come to acknowledge that in practice this sacred covenant has been broken."

"In other words, it has turned into a useless organization whose only goal is to support a caste of deadly arrogant parasites disguised as well-intentioned bureaucrats. Those who were supposed to guarantee collective security and human rights have failed at their task. They allowed chaos, violence and international terrorism to flourish," he noted.
