Tractor hits mine in Lachin
On September 25, a mine explosion occurred in the village of Finge in the Lachin district, liberated from occupation.
As AZERTAC reports, the information was jointly released by the press services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Prosecutor General's Office, and the Mine Action Agency (ANAMA).
It is reported that a tractor driven by a resident of the Aghjabadi district, Guliyev Ulfat Saday oglu, born in 1992, hit a mine in an area that had not been cleared of mines. No one was injured as a result of the incident.
An investigation into the incident is underway at the Lachin District Prosecutor's Office.
"ANAMA, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Prosecutor General's Office once again call on citizens to observe safety rules, to pay attention to mine danger signs, not to touch suspicious objects, and not to enter unfamiliar places and areas where fencing work is being carried out!" the press services said in the statement.
