Memory of martyrs honored in Khojaly - PHOTO
In connection with September 27 — Remembrance Day, members of the public visited the Martyrs' Alley located in the city of Khojaly.
As 1news.az reports, this was announced by the public relations department of the Service for Restoration, Construction and Management in the city of Khankendi and the Aghdara and Khojaly districts.
According to the information, in connection with Remembrance Day, employees of the Khojaly district department of the Service for Restoration, Construction and Management in the city of Khankendi and the Aghdara and Khojaly districts, as well as employees of the Khojaly district police department, visited the Martyrs' Alley and honored the memory of the heroic martyrs who gave their lives for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of our Motherland. During the visit, flowers were laid at the graves of the martyrs, and prayers were recited for the repose of their souls.
It is noted that the Azerbaijani people always honor the memory of their heroic sons who died in the Patriotic War and other battles. The heroism and self-sacrifice of the martyrs are forever inscribed in the history of Azerbaijan. The memory of our martyrs will always be honored with deep respect.
