Armenia's Foreign Ministry declares commitment to deepening partnership with the EU

During a meeting with a delegation of the EU Council working group on Eastern Europe and Central Asia, Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan stated the country's government is committed to deepening its partnership with the EU, the ministry's press service reports.

The parties noted the importance of the effective implementation of the Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement between Armenia and the EU and of the document "Armenia-EU Partnership Strategic Agenda," and discussed prospects for developing cooperation in the field of security. The issue of Armenia's integration into regional transport networks was also raised.
