President sends address to participants of ADEX 2026
President Ilham Aliyev has sent an address to the participants of the 6th Azerbaijan International Defense Exhibition "ADEX 2026" and the 15th Anniversary International Exhibition of Internal Security, Safety and Rescue Equipment "Securex Caspian 2026".

The address reads:
"Dear exhibition participants and dear guests!
I congratulate you on the occasion of the opening of the 6th Azerbaijan International Defense Exhibition "ADEX 2026" and the 15th Anniversary International Exhibition of Internal Security, Safety and Rescue Equipment "Securex Caspian 2026" and wholeheartedly welcome you to Azerbaijan.
It is gratifying to see that the "ADEX" exhibition, traditionally organized in the city of Baku, has turned into one of the most authoritative and useful platforms of the region's defense industry. The annually growing interest in this exhibition, as well as the representation here of many countries and leading companies, clearly reflect the relevance and international prestige of this event.
By bringing together defense industry structures, military experts and companies of friendly and partner countries, this important international exhibition creates favorable opportunities for demonstrating the latest technologies in various areas of the defense industry, modern weapons systems, samples of military equipment, as well as innovative solutions, for discussing new cooperation opportunities and establishing mutually beneficial partnership ties.
Strengthening defense capability and ensuring national security is one of the priority areas of Azerbaijan's state policy. Our country's defense industry, which has traveled a long path of development as a result of consistently implemented measures, has today entered a qualitatively new stage and has significantly expanded its production capabilities. Defense products manufactured at local enterprises not only occupy an important place in equipping our Armed Forces, but also, being distinguished by their competitiveness on international markets, arouse particular interest from the relevant structures of various countries. Azerbaijan's achievements in the field of the defense industry serve to strengthen our country's military-technical potential and to deepen cooperation with friendly and partner states.
Today, the quality and reliability of the products of Azerbaijan's defense industry are highly appreciated at the international level. The "ADEX" exhibition is of special importance in terms of presenting to the international community both the strength and potential of our country's defense industry complex, including innovative technologies, and the modern products and new achievements of the defense industry enterprises of our partners.
The "Securex Caspian" exhibition, held in parallel with "ADEX" and for the 15th time this year, has in turn gained great prestige as one of the specialized events showcasing advanced technologies in the fields of security, safety, rescue and emergency management.
I am confident that the "ADEX" and "Securex Caspian" exhibitions will make an important contribution to the establishment of new business ties among the participants, as well as to the strengthening of military-technical partnership.
