Rules for sending employees on business trips changed in Azerbaijan

The Collegium of the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan has introduced changes to the "Rules for Sending Employees on Business Trips," approved by the decision of January 18, 2012.

As Report informs, Finance Minister Sahil Babayev signed the corresponding resolution.

According to the resolution, from now on, if an employee leaves the workplace for a certain period of time to carry out a lawful assignment of the employer, in addition to the head of a state body, enterprise, agency or organization, this will be considered a business trip.
