The Great Return: 29 More Families Relocated to Hasanriz Village in the Aghdara District
In line with President Ilham Aliyev’s directive, the program of the “Great Return” to territories liberated from occupation continues.
On September 22, another group of displaced families—previously residing temporarily across the republic, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings—was sent from Tartar to the village of Hasanriz in the Aghdara district.
According to AZERTAC, this phase of resettlement involves 29 families, comprising 115 individuals.
Residents returning to their native lands expressed gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva for comprehensive state support. They also voiced appreciation to the Azerbaijani army—its soldiers and officers—for liberating these territories, and offered prayers for the souls of the martyrs who lost their lives in the process.
