Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs Addresses Those Celebrating Novruz and Ramadan in Karabakh

The Ministry of Internal Affairs has addressed citizens planning to celebrate the holidays of Novruz and Ramadan in Karabakh.

As reported by 1news.az, this statement was made by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The statement reads:

“Dear compatriots and foreign guests of our country celebrating Novruz and the holy month of Ramadan in Karabakh, as well as those visiting the territories liberated from occupation during the holidays!

To ensure that the holiday period passes in a joyful and peaceful atmosphere, police officers are on duty in an enhanced mode and are taking all necessary measures to ensure safety. Citizens, in turn, can contribute to further strengthening this stability through responsible behavior.

For free and unhindered access to Karabakh, it is necessary to register in advance on the relevant portal. Individuals traveling in personal vehicles must not deviate from the designated routes.

Furthermore, it is strictly prohibited to transport flammable or explosive substances to these territories. Citizens are advised to head only to areas designated for recreation.

Thus, it is the civic duty of each of us to demonstrate exemplary behavior and avoid even the slightest situations that could cause public concern in the picturesque corners of Karabakh.”
