Heydar Aliyev International Airport switches to summer flight schedule
Heydar Aliyev International Airport will switch to its summer flight schedule starting March 29, which will remain in effect until October 24, 2026.
During the spring-summer season, passengers will have access to an expanded network of flights from Baku to Europe, Central, South, and East Asia.
On regional and Asian routes, flights will operate to cities such as Istanbul, Ankara, Moscow, Tashkent, Dushanbe, Urgench, Astana, Almaty, and Aktau, as well as Beijing and Urumqi.
On European routes, flights are scheduled to Berlin, Frankfurt, Milan, Rome, Warsaw, Prague, London, Vienna, Budapest, Paris, Barcelona, and Chisinau. Additionally, regular air connections will be provided to Tbilisi, Bishkek, Izmir, Bodrum, Belgrade, Male, and Islamabad.
Flights will be operated by airlines such as AZAL, Turkish Airlines, Pegasus Airlines, AJet, Air Astana, Uzbekistan Airways, Wizz Air, China Southern, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, and other international carriers.
Considering the expected increase in travel demand during the summer period, passengers are advised to book their tickets in advance. For a more comfortable and faster experience, it is recommended to use online check-in as well as the self-service systems available at the airport, including Self Check-in and Self-Service Baggage Drop-off.
