Araratcement of Tsarukyan transferred to management of Armenia
In the framework of proceedings for the confiscation of property of illegal origin, on the basis of a petition by the Prosecutor General's Office, by the decision of the Anti-Corruption Court, CJSC Araratcement has been transferred to the management and protection of the Republic of Armenia.
The decision was made within the framework of the case on the confiscation of property of illegal origin, initiated against Gagik Tsarukyan and persons affiliated with him, Armenian media report.
Within the framework of the same lawsuit, the prosecutor's office demands the confiscation in favor of the Republic of Armenia also of 75 real estate objects, 42 vehicles, shares in 38 companies, as well as property and funds of illegal origin in the amount of about 106 billion drams.
