Ex-adviser to Pentagon chief reveals number of American soldiers killed in Middle East
At the moment, the death of 14 American servicemen in the Middle East has been confirmed.
This was written on his page on the social network X by former adviser to the head of the Pentagon, retired Colonel Douglas Macgregor.

He noted that as of mid-July, at least 370 US servicemen were wounded.
