US companies want to return to Russia
Chief Executive Officer of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Russia Robert Agey stated the desire of companies from the US to return to the Russian market.
He told this to RIA Novosti.
According to Agey, such a desire is shown by "many American companies." At the same time, he noted that they are hindered by "numerous sanctions bans."
Earlier, the head of AmCham emphasized that American companies are waiting for a political signal to return to the Russian market. Agey did not name specific organizations, calling it premature, but noted that he is in contact with them.
On July 19, President of the Association of Italian Entrepreneurs (GIM Unimpresa) in Russia Vittorio Torrembini reported that many large Italian companies, including the luxury clothing brand Prada, dream of the promising Russian market.
