Starmer announces completion of his work

Outgoing British Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced the completion of his work as prime minister, according to a broadcast of his speech.

"I will soon visit His Majesty to ask him for resignation and end my tenure as prime minister. My work has ended," said Starmer, with the broadcast carried by British media.
