Azerbaijan plans to introduce flexible working time models

In Azerbaijan, the creation of flexible working time models based on international experience is planned.

As 1news.az reports, this issue is reflected in the "Action Plan for the Implementation of the Employment Strategy for 2026-2030" approved by President Ilham Aliyev.

According to the Plan, during the specified period, draft regulatory legal acts on the application of flexible working time models must be prepared and submitted to the relevant authorities.

The implementation of the program is entrusted to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
