Number of earthquake victims in Venezuela exceeds 5,500

The number of victims of the earthquakes that occurred about a month ago in Venezuela has increased to 5,546 people.

Parliament Speaker Jorge Rodriguez reported this on July 25.

Thus, this indicator has increased by 148 people compared to the data announced earlier this week.

The number of injured has not changed for several weeks and amounts to approximately 16,700 people.

Rescuers continue to work in the most affected areas and therefore the authorities publish information about newly identified cases of deaths almost daily.
