Applications announced for scholarship program for study in Morocco
The Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation of the Kingdom of Morocco has announced the start of accepting applications for a scholarship program for citizens of Azerbaijan for the 2026–2027 academic year.
The program is implemented within the framework of the Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Science and Higher Education between the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Within the framework of the Intergovernmental Scholarship Program (HTP), citizens of Azerbaijan are given the opportunity to receive higher education at universities in Morocco under bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs.
The deadline for submitting applications is August 6, 2026.
