Another vessel with Azerbaijani sailors attacked in the Black Sea

The commercial vessel ATA-2 (IMO 9387669), owned by Albatros Corporation, came under attack off the coast of Ukraine's Odesa region, said Ilham Nasirov, head of the public association "Support for Azerbaijani Sailors."

According to him, the dry cargo ship was attacked by three strike UAVs in the morning hours. As a result of the strikes, the vessel sustained serious damage to its structure and mechanical units, but remained afloat. The crew is currently setting course toward Romania's territorial waters.

On board the attacked cargo ship is a crew of 13 people, of whom 12 are citizens of Azerbaijan and 1 is a citizen of Turkey.

According to preliminary data, none of the crew members were injured.
