Another TikToker arrested in Azerbaijan
Another TikToker has been arrested for showing a disrespectful attitude toward society, unethical behavior contrary to moral values, and publishing materials of such content on social media.
As Unikal reports, officers of the 9th police station of the Sabail District Police Department detained Alikram Heydarov (born in 1991).
A protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up against him under Article 510.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan (petty hooliganism — actions violating public order and clearly expressing disrespect for society, not accompanied by the use of violence against individuals or the threat of its use, as well as the destruction or damage of another person's property). The case was sent to the Sabail District Court for consideration.
By the court's decision, A. Heydarov was subjected to administrative arrest for a term of 8 days.
Note that for a similar reason, TikTokers Sanur Azizov and Mujgan Mammadzade were previously also subjected to administrative arrest.
