Rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations rescue a man from a 100-meter ravine in Kelbajar

Information was received on the 112 hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) of Azerbaijan about a person who found himself in a helpless state in a mountainous area with difficult terrain in the village of Tovladera, Kelbajar district.

As reported by the press service of the department, in connection with the incident, firefighters-rescuers of the State Fire Service of the MES were immediately sent to the scene.

Rescuers, using special rescue equipment, freed the person who was in a helpless state in a ravine about 100 meters deep in the mountainous area.

It is reported that the rescued person turned out to be Kamil Farzaliyev (born 1967).
