Ignazio Cassis to visit Baku

Ignazio Cassis, Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Swiss Confederation and current Chairperson of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), will pay an official visit to Azerbaijan.

As part of the Swiss diplomat's visit to Baku, talks with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov will be held on August 4. The parties will discuss the development of bilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and Switzerland, the regional agenda, as well as interaction within the OSCE.

Following the meeting, a joint press conference of the heads of the foreign ministries of the two countries is planned.
