Beer production facility operating in unsanitary conditions uncovered - PHOTO
The Food Safety Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (AQTA) conducted an unscheduled inspection at a beer production facility belonging to the scientific-production and commercial company "Emil-N," located at the following address: Yevlakh district, the village of Malbinasi (7th kilometer of the Yevlakh-Barda highway).
During the inspection, it was revealed that the enterprise operates without the appropriate permit, and that food safety requirements are grossly violated during the production process. It was established that the glass bottles used for bottling the products are washed in an open pool under unsanitary conditions.
In connection with the violation of legal requirements, beer products under the "Zhiguli" trademark were discovered and withdrawn from circulation.
An administrative protocol was drawn up regarding this fact, and the enterprise's operations were restricted.
