Competition announced for funding private kindergartens

Azerbaijan's Ministry of Science and Education has announced a competition for funding in the field of preschool education under the model of cooperation between parents, the state, and the private sector.

The program is being implemented pursuant to Cabinet of Ministers Decree No. 218 of July 17, 2026, and is aimed at expanding preschool education coverage in the 2026–2027 academic year.

Private preschool institutions holding the appropriate license for educational activity are invited to participate. Applications will be accepted from August 5 to 20, 2026, through a special online platform.

The project plans to fund the education of 8,000 children attending private preschool educational institutions.
