Strong heat up to 41 degrees expected in Azerbaijan

Tomorrow in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in the Central Aran and Nakhchivan AR, strong heat is forecast with a maximum air temperature of 35–40°, and in some places the thermometer will rise to 41° heat.

According to the National Hydrometeorology Service, sunny weather will set in the capital and on the peninsula with a moderate southeast wind; the air temperature at night will be 22–26°, and during the day it will rise to 34–39° heat with atmospheric pressure of 756 mm of mercury and daytime humidity of 45–50%. In the regions of Azerbaijan, the weather will be mostly without precipitation with nighttime temperatures of 22–27° and daytime temperatures within 35–39° (locally up to 40°), however in the second half of the day, starting from the mountainous areas, local rains, thunderstorms and hail are possible at times, and in the mountains themselves at night 15–20° is expected, and during the day — from 25–33° heat.
