A working meeting between representatives of the defense ministries of Azerbaijan, Hungary, and Kazakhstan, dedicated to exchanging experience in the field of military information, was held at the Media and Public Relations Department of the Main Department for Personnel of the Ministry of Defense.
As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense, the guests were first presented with detailed information about the Communication Strategy of the Ministry of Defense and the activities of the Media and Public Relations Department. Information was provided about the information support and measures to combat disinformation during the 44-day Patriotic War, which ended in the victory of the Azerbaijan Army, and during subsequent military operations.
The delegations were then given briefings on the work carried out by the Ministry of Defense in the fields of information, communications, civil-military cooperation (CIMIC), public relations, promotion of the ministry's official pages on social networks, as well as the consideration of citizens' appeals.
During the meeting, a thorough exchange of views was held on the organization of work in the field of strategic communications, information activities, and civil-military cooperation in the armies of the three countries, and the prospects for developing cooperation in the field of military information were discussed.
The delegations then familiarized themselves with the activities of the Military Publishing House, the editorial office of the newspaper Azərbaycan Ordusu (Azerbaijan Army), and the Multimedia Center.
