The restoration of Azerbaijan's Karabakh region has entered a new stage: from initial reconstruction and housing construction, the key focus is shifting toward creating long-term economic opportunities.

This is stated in a report by Euronews.

"Large industrial and logistics zones are being formed in the region, designed to attract large-scale investment.

New economic zones near Aghdam and Jabrayil are becoming centers of industrial growth.

Urban planning and manufacturing projects here are focused on processing industry, production and logistics, and a preferential tax regime is provided for businesses.

"Our goal is to create a region fully ready for sustainable and long-term development," emphasized the Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Shusha district.

The chief architect of the State Reserve of the city of Shusha noted that the main difficulty and at the same time the advantage of the large-scale reconstruction is the need to build "practically from scratch."

Modern technologies form the basis of the region's renewal: from the introduction of green energy and digital urban planning to aerial photography using drones and high-precision mapping. Karabakh is being restored with a direct focus on the technologies of the future," the television channel's report says.
