Where were the students transferred after Baku University for Girls ceased operations?

After Baku University for Girls ceased its educational activities, its students were transferred to other higher education institutions to continue their studies.

According to information from the university, out of 366 bachelor's degree students, 191 were transferred to Azerbaijan University and another 175 to Odlar Yurdu University.

At Azerbaijan University, the students were distributed as follows:

- teaching of geography - 8 people;

- teaching of history - 29;

- socio-psychological service in education - 57;

- philology (Azerbaijani language and literature) - 29;

- history - 28;

- teaching of the Azerbaijani language and literature - 40.

At Odlar Yurdu University, the distribution is as follows:

- teaching in primary classes;

- preschool education - 39 people;

- psychology - 35;

- teaching of mathematics and computer science (digital skills) - 31;

- teaching of mathematics and computer science;

- teaching of a foreign language (English) - 41;

- philology (English language and literature) - 29.

Forty-nine students will continue their studies in the master's program. All of them are studying in the field of "Pedagogy."

Thus, a total of 415 students of Baku University for Girls will continue their studies at Azerbaijan University and Odlar Yurdu University.
