A new UEFA Champions League season kicks off: first-round matches
The main stage of the 2026/27 UEFA Champions League season starts today.
Six matches will be played as part of the first round of the first stage.
In the early slot, Greece's AEK will host Austria's LASK, while Belgium's Club Brugge will face England's Aston Villa. Later in the evening, Real Madrid will cross swords with Inter Milan, Porto will play against Manchester City, Borussia Dortmund will take on Villarreal, and France's Lille will host Real Betis.
