EU court rejects Abramovich's lawsuit

The EU General Court has refused to annul decisions imposing European sanctions on businessman Roman Abramovich, related to accusations of conducting activities in the interests of the Russian government.

This is stated in the rulings of the EU Court.

«In its judgment today, the General Court dismisses Abramovich's action,» the court's ruling states.

Earlier, the EU Court issued similar decisions in Abramovich's cases in December 2023 and September 2025.
