Houthis take full control of Yemen's Red Sea coast

The Houthis have taken full control of Yemen's Red Sea coast.

Note that the Iran-backed Houthis seized six districts in western Yemen with a total area of 5,400 square kilometers.

It is reported that during the operation against Yemeni government forces, the Houthis took control of the entire Yemeni coast of the Red Sea, including the coastal town of Dhubab, the small settlement of Murad, as well as Perim Island in the Bab el-Mandeb Strait.

An adviser to Iran's Supreme Leader, Mohammad Mokhber, in turn congratulated the Houthis on their "brilliant victory."
