Motorcyclist arrested in Baku for reckless driving
In Baku, motorcyclist Shamil Gasimov, who systematically violated traffic rules, has been placed under administrative arrest for 15 days.
As reported by the Baku City Traffic Police Department, Gasimov was detained for traffic violations that posed a real threat to the health of other road users.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the driver and sent to court.
By the court's decision, Sh. Gasimov's right to drive a vehicle has been restricted for one year. He was also placed under administrative arrest for 15 days.
