NATO shoots down Russian drone over Lithuania for the first time

NATO fighter jets have for the first time shot down a Russian drone in the skies over Lithuania.

This was reported by the country's president, Gitanas Nausėda.

According to him, the drone flew into Lithuanian territory from Belarus and fell in a rural area. However, it has not yet been possible to locate it.
