Turkey's Ministry of National Defense has congratulated Azerbaijan on State Sovereignty Day, marked on September 20.

The relevant post was published on the ministry's page on the social network X.

"We congratulate our Azerbaijani brothers on the occasion of September 20 – State Sovereignty Day.

Guided by the concept of "One nation, two states," whose roots are based on our common history and whose strength lies in an unbreakable brotherhood, we will continue to stand shoulder to shoulder today and tomorrow, as we did yesterday.

Long live the Turkish-Azerbaijani brotherhood!" the post reads.
