Car hits mine in Shusha, one person injured
Today, a mine explosion occurred on the territory of the village of Jamillar in the Shusha district, liberated from occupation.
According to joint information from the press services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Prosecutor General's Office, and the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA), a car driven by 47-year-old Baku resident Bakhtiyar Bayramov struck an anti-tank mine in an uncleared section of the former line of contact.
As a result, the man sustained injuries of varying severity.
The Shusha district prosecutor's office is conducting an investigation into the incident.
In connection with what happened, ANAMA, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Prosecutor General's Office once again called on citizens to observe safety rules, pay attention to warning signs, not touch suspicious objects, not enter unfamiliar areas, and not interfere with work to fence them off.
