At the joint military exercises "Strength of Unity – 2026" being held in the Republic of Azerbaijan, the tasks of the latest stage have been successfully completed.
As the press service of the Ministry of Defense told 1news.az, in accordance with the plan, measures were carried out on the transfer of personnel in armored personnel carriers to the area of the operation, conducting combat in a populated area, creating passages through minefields, storming the positions of notional terrorists and clearing the facility of the enemy with its subsequent capture, as well as destroying the armored vehicles of the notional enemy with the use of anti-tank weapons.
During the assault, the servicemen completed the assigned tasks with the fire support of combat helicopters, armored vehicles and artillery assets, and practical skills of interaction and coordination were honed.
The servicemen of the participating countries successfully completed the assigned tasks, demonstrating high professionalism.
It should be noted that the main goal of the exercises is to improve the practical skills of servicemen, ensure the coordinated interaction of personnel with weapons and military equipment, as well as expand capabilities for the prompt and coordinated fulfillment of the assigned tasks.
