Azerbaijan unveils new BARS interceptor drone

Azerbaijan has unveiled a new interceptor drone at the 6th Azerbaijan International Defense Exhibition ADEX 2026 at the Baku Expo Center.

According to Report, the BARS interceptor drone was developed by Azerbaijani engineers.

One of the main features of the device is its ability to detect UAVs in the air and counter them. The drone is also equipped with a thermal imaging camera and an artificial intelligence-based target detection and tracking system.
