The U.S. intends to expand cooperation with Azerbaijan in defense and security
U.S. Chargé d'Affaires ad interim in Azerbaijan Amy Carlon visited the international exhibitions ADEX-2026 and Securex Caspian-2026 in Baku.
This was reported by the U.S. Embassy in Azerbaijan on its page on the social network X.
During the visit, Carlon familiarized herself with the new technologies presented at the exhibitions, as well as with the opportunities for developing cooperation between the United States and Azerbaijan in the field of defense and security.
The U.S. Embassy noted the broad participation of American companies in the current ADEX exhibition. In particular, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Ondas, SIG SAUER, Vantor, Persistent Systems, Motorola, L3Harris, Curtiss-Wright and Space Eyes are represented at the event. Some American companies are taking part in the exhibition for the first time.
The embassy emphasized that, within the framework of the Charter on Strategic Partnership, the United States and Azerbaijan continue to develop cooperation in the area of defense and security.
