Russian Security Council: The U.S. will be able to ban the transport of cargo along the "Trump route" in Armenia
As a form of sanctions, the United States will be able to prohibit the transport of cargo through the "Trump route" in Armenia.
This was stated in a commentary by the deputy secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Alexey Shevtsov.
"It has already been clearly established that all disputes concerning the implementation of the agreement on the 'Trump route' are resolved in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of New York, and the contracting company is granted exclusive rights to use the land. This implies that the Americans will subsequently be able to 'filter' the cargo passing through the section of the route they control — roughly speaking, to refuse to provide their services in one case or another. This could be formalized, for example, as a 'sanctions' ban on American companies, including the route's operator, cooperating with one or another economic operator," the deputy secretary of Russia's Security Council noted.
