Levon Mnatsakanyan Sentenced to Life Imprisonment

In the ongoing trial at the Baku Military Court involving citizens of Armenia, the verdict for the accused is being announced.

According to the verdict, the accused Levon Mnatsakanyan has been sentenced to life imprisonment.

L. Mnatsakanyan was the former commander of the 'army' of Armenian separatists in Karabakh.

It should be recalled that the prosecutors representing the state also requested life imprisonment for the accused.

It is worth noting that the announcement of the verdict continues in the trial of citizens of the Republic of Armenia, who are accused of crimes against peace and humanity resulting from Armenia's military aggression, war crimes including the preparation and conduct of aggressive war, genocide, violation of the laws and customs of war, as well as terrorism, financing of terrorism, violent seizure of power, its violent retention, and the commission of numerous other crimes.
