State Tourism Agency revokes star ratings of four hotels in Azerbaijan
The State Tourism Agency has revoked the star ratings of four hotels in Azerbaijan.
As reported by 1news.az with reference to Report, the decision affected three-star hotels.
As a result, the number of hotels with confirmed star ratings in the country decreased from 283 to 279. Two of the hotels that lost their ratings are located in Baku, while the other two are in the regions.
Currently, Azerbaijan has 23 five-star hotels, 43 four-star hotels, 97 three-star hotels, 84 two-star hotels, and 32 one-star hotels.
The number of categorized hotels located directly in Baku is 206, which accounts for about 74% of the total number of certified hotels across the country.
